Easy 7 Day Returns
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all VALOUR tags still attached.

Exchanges: Want a different color or style? We offer one free exchange per order to ensure you get the perfect bag for your needs.

Return Shipping: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid label immediately.
How to Start a Return
